Had a wonderful day yesterday. We walked with ate (big sister) Maria. Hang out with them. Wen't to Sam's with her. Weather was perfect! Burnt out some calories, it was neat! Today, nothing much is going on, getting ready for work this evening, and getting excited for mission trip to Panama! :D
Will write again later.
God bless!
What's up with me?
Well, just want to speak out what's on my mind, or what's been going on with me. Well, yes, I'm under construction. From glory to glory He changes me!

It was a stormy day but it was awesome! I had a lunch with other youth workers of Jacksonville and with the Christian bands, Kutless, Mercy Me, and Audio Adrenaline! The lead singer of Mercy Me, Bart, sat with us during our lunch. We had a little chat. Cool huh!? :D
I got to ask Will of Audio A a question, first I told them that their song Hands and Feet is my theme song, it influenced me to go to mission trips. It's their fault! :p Then I said, I can usually identify who's the band playing on the radio but when I first heard their latest single Pierced I didn't recognize them, I recognize Mark's (lead singer) voice though on the last part of the song, I asked how they react to that, Will said, it's a good thing. It's good that they are trying on different music style, getting out of their comfort zone and really rely on God as they write songs. That is a very courageous move I think. If I were on their shoes, I'll be scared to do that. I would freak out and ask myself, "Will they listen to this music now?" I guess they were kinda scared too, but they really relied on God! I think the song Pierced is awesome!! Tyler is the lead singer on that song. He first got the vocal break on the song Ocean Floor. That's an awesome song too!
Guess what else happened? I won free CDs! How cool is that!? :D I got two Mercy Me CDs, their DVD, Ten Shekel Shirt CD, Sara Groves and more! yipeeee! I'm glad I came to that Youth Workers lunch! As of now, the bands are having a concert. Tickets are sold out!! :(

I was just listening to The Radio Factor, syndicated radio program of Bill O'Reilly. US Military is the most powerful weapon, the second? The buying power of the American Public. I agree! We cannot use the US Military all the time to fight hateful & evil ideologies, let's use our buying power. Boycott French products!! Since Bill O'Reilly started leading the boycott on French products, their sales went 10% down and the summer travel to France went 20% down. They are going nuts now!

You are WATER! Sympathetic and emotional, you feel your way through most situations, struggling with logic at every turn. Sometimes you let your feelings cloud your judgement, but out of everyone, you're the most supportive and loving.
:-o ??? This is not quite true! :-\

Does God exist? Humankind's inherent sense of right and wrong cannot be biologically explained. There arises in all of us, of any culture, universal feelings of right and wrong. Even a thief gets upset and feels wronged when someone steals from him. If someone violently grabs a child from a family and rapes that child, there is an anger and revulsion and a rage to confront that act as evil, regardless of the culture. Where did we get this sense of wrongness? How do we explain a universal law in the conscience of all people that says murder for fun is wrong?
And in areas like courage, dying for a cause, love, dignity, duty and compassion, where did these come from? If people are merely products of physical evolution, "survival of the fittest," why do we sacrifice for each other? Where did we get this inner sense of right and wrong? Our conscience can best be explained by a loving Creator who cares about the decisions and harmony of humanity.

Romans 1:19-21 The Message Bible
19 But the basic reality of God is plain enough. Open your eyes and there it is! 20 By taking a long and thoughtful look at what God has created, people have always been able to see what their eyes as such can't see: eternal power, for instance, and the mystery of his divine being. So nobody has a good excuse. 21 What happened was this: People knew God perfectly well, but when they didn't treat him like God, refusing to worship him, they trivialized themselves into silliness and confusion so that there was neither sense nor direction left in their lives.

I got a forwarded message. I think this is cool!

Greetings in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.
I'm having a party at my father's house and you are all invited!

As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord!
DIRECTIONS TO OUR FATHER'S HOUSE.
Make a Right onto "Believeth Blvd." Keep straight and go through the Green Light, which is Jesus Christ.
From there, you must turn onto the "Bridge of Faith," which is over troubled water.
When you get off the bridge, make a Right turn and Keep Straight. You are on the "King's Highway" - Heaven-bound.
Keep going for three miles: One for the Father, One for the Son, and One for the Holy Ghost.
Then exit off onto "Grace Blvd." From there, make a Right turn on "Gospel Lane." Keep Straight and then make another Right on "Prayer Road."
As you go on your way, Yield Not to the traffic on "Temptation Ave."
Also, avoid SIN STREET because it is a DEAD END. Pass up "Envy Drive, " and "Hate Avenue."
Also, pass "Hypocrisy Street," "Gossiping Lane," and Backbiting Blvd."
However, you have to go down "Long-suffering Lane," "Persecution Blvd.," and "Trials and Tribulations Ave."
But that's all right, because VICTORY Street is straight ahead for us.
AMEN!!!!!

It's 4 AM!! Yeah, I woke up at 2:30 coz I was sooo tired and I went to sleep at 5 PM yesterday... :p
We went to Youth Quake Live last Friday. The topic was Hide and Seek. It was about how God longs to be with us. He pursues us, but no, He does not push himself to us, in His pursuit we need to decide if we will accept Him or reject Him.
Here's a song from Kutless, a song from God's perspective.
Kutless - Run
From the album Kutless
Looking down from above as you watch TV
Wondering why, oh you're ignoring me
Do you remember
Remember when I came to you
And you loved me
And I'm waiting for you
And I'm waiting for you
(CHORUS)
Why do you run why do you hide
Oh don't you know I just
Just want to be with you, to be with you
Hey, why do you run why do you hide
Oh don't you know I just
Just want to be with you, to be with you
Whatever happened to the love
The love you had for me
When you first came to me
Don't you know that I died
Died so I could be with you, forever.
And I’m waiting for you
And I’m waiting for you
(CHORUS)
Find a place of solitude
And I'll speak to you
As you pray to me.
Don't you know I'm waiting here,
Waiting for you to read and hear my words
I'm waiting here missing the time
The times we shared
oh, please come to me.
So, why do you run why do you hide
Oh don't you know I just
Just want to be with you, to be with you
Hey, why do you run why do you hide
Oh don't you know I just
Just want to be with you, to be with you

It was 4 AM, I was reading articles about the people who desired to be "human shields for Saddam" and saw first hand why the Iraqi people want the war to come. It hit me! I know that Saddam is evil, but these articles really hit me! Tears fell, I cried for the Iraqi people, wondering, "God, those people in Iraq have been deprived of the TRUTH. Under this Saddam regime, they might not have heard about Jesus at all! Their minds are just being fed by the presence of Saddam because he's got the radio and the TV networks in control!"
Please, pray with me. Pray that the liberation of Iraq will come soon. When that day comes, this will only mean that the Gospel will be spread more freely and quickly!
Pray for the troops, pray for the Iraqi people, pray for President Bush, pray for Prime Minister Tony Blair.

I Was Wrong!
Ken Joseph Jr
"I had been demonstrating against the war thinking I had been doing it for the very people I was here with now and yet I had not ever bothered to ask them what they wanted." Ken Joseph Jr. went to Bahgdad to be a human shield
Over and over I questioned them `Why could you want war? Why could any human being desire war?` They're answer was quiet and measured. `Look at our lives!`We are living like animals. No food, no car, no telephone, no job and most of all no hope.`
From a former member of the Army to a person working with the police to taxi drivers to store owners to mothers to government officials without exception when allowed to speak freely the message was the same - `Please bring on the war. We are ready. We have suffered long enough. We may lose our lives but some of us will survive and for our children's sake please, please end our misery.'

I Was A Naive Fool To Be A Human Shield For Saddam
Daniel Pepper
I wanted to join the human shields in Baghdad because it was direct action which had a chance of bringing the anti-war movement to the forefront of world attention. It was inspiring: the human shield volunteers were making a sacrifice for their political views - much more of a personal investment than going to a demonstration in Washington or London. It was simple - you get on the bus and you represent yourself.
So that is exactly what I did on the morning of Saturday, January 25. I am a 23-year-old Jewish-American photographer living in Islington, north London. I had travelled in the Middle East before: as a student, I went to the Palestinian West Bank during the intifada. I also went to Afghanistan as a photographer for Newsweek.
I was shocked when I first met a pro-war Iraqi in Baghdad - a taxi driver taking me back to my hotel late at night. I explained that I was American and said, as we shields always did, "Bush bad, war bad, Iraq good". He looked at me with an expression of incredulity.
As he realised I was serious, he slowed down and started to speak in broken English about the evils of Saddam's regime. Until then I had only heard the President spoken of with respect, but now this guy was telling me how all of Iraq's oil money went into Saddam's pocket and that if you opposed him politically he would kill your whole family.
Of course I had read reports that Iraqis hated Saddam Hussein, but this was the real thing. Someone had explained it to me face to face. I told a few journalists who I knew. They said that this sort of thing often happened - spontaneous, emotional, and secretive outbursts imploring visitors to free them from Saddam's tyrannical Iraq
"Don't you listen to Powell on Voice of America radio?" he said. "Of course the Americans don't want to bomb civilians. They want to bomb government and Saddam's palaces. We want America to bomb Saddam.
"We just sat, listening, our mouths open wide. Jake, one of the others, just kept saying, "Oh my God" as the driver described the horrors of the regime. Jake was so shocked at how naive he had been. We all were. It hadn't occurred to anyone that the Iraqis might actually be pro-war
Anyone with half a brain must see that Saddam has to be taken out. It is extraordinarily ironic that the anti-war protesters are marching to defend a government which stops its people exercising that freedom.
